Been watching this thread with great interest, looks and sounds fantastic but probably 12 months too soon for me
Can anyone go round or do you need your cars up to a certain standard, do they get checked over? Do you need any special insurance too? Just wondering for next time.

Hi everyone

To assist with allocation of hotel rooms please can you update the list with your requirements. This is only for info and you're not committing to anything at this stage - the time for that will be in a month or so when prices are confirmed and a deposit payment will be needed.

There is a strong possibility I'll be going via the Ardennes and staying in our "usual hotel" on the Thursday night. I've reserved the whole hotel in case there are enough of us who want to go that way. Maximum capacity is 55 people which should be enough based on the names on the list. I expect there will be a mixture of preferences so it'll not be a problem if you'd rather go straight to the circuit on Friday.

For those who have not been to the Spa Classic before you are able to take you're own car onto the circuit in 30 minute sessions which are available throughout the weekend. In previous years some of us have done this on Saturday and Sunday. As with the rooms, all I need at the moment is an indication of which days you might want to take part.

Please update the LATEST version of the list, not the one in this post, so that previous entries are not lost. Thanks.
