How much water/antifreeze/coolant should my 2.8 S hold etc ?

Sorry I need to ask this as I cannot find it after searching....
How much water should my 2.8 S hold in it's cooling system?
What mix do you use when it comes to antifreeze/coolant, 50/50?
How far up the swirl pot should the level settle at please?

About 10 litres.

I use 1/3 anti-freeze but a bit stronger mix should do no harm.

Just emptied it out, clear water, didn't look like any antifreeze was in which is what I was concerned about...
