Chassis refurb photo update
Discussion
As shinny as it is I believe it to be standard steel, the chassis didn't look to bad on first inspection. The outriggers had been replaced 7 years ago and the car had been dry stored for four years since. It was a different story once it was blasted!
Other than a few mods, Brakes, suspension and bonnet hinge, I'd like to restore the car back to as close to standard spec as i can so the chassis will be Red.

Good Luck, great progress so far, but if you ask (Terry and) me, you'll have to paint that chassis blue !....... I'd like to restore the car back to as close to standard spec as i can so the chassis will be Red.
Looks great. If you're interested in giving your dampers some much-needed protection, you can get damper covers from various places that slide over the outside of the springs. It does hide them away, which is a shame when they're so clean and shiny, but without protection they won't stay looking clean and shiny for long.
