S Series Stainless Exhaust

That is a bit of a result! I might be interested in the exhaust if it goes on Ebay (or not if you want to avoid fees!). If your forum name is where you live I am not a million miles away either. I know that this may be a silly question, would it fit an S1 as well as an S3? I ask as I have an S1 that needs the chassis doing and an S3 that would benefit from a new exhaust (and hockey sticks), so having a spare would be very useful.

I would like to get mine swapped before the Spa trip in May, and then get the loose baffle in the existing exhaust sorted out once it's removed from the car.
It's several weeks lead time because my exhaust place is so busy.


There are difference between the S1 & S3 exhausts, the rear mount brackets are in different positions, and the S3 pipes splay out ( more on the left side than the right, to clear the fuel tank collector well ) whereas the S1 pipes run parallel after the rear silencer box.

Ooh bugger! Don't want a bidding war I need one as I need to replace hockey sticks on the s3 and not sure what s1 is like, but your needs are greater than mine!
The oil can are having their "spring" meet on May 13th so might see you there.

Regarding the hockey sticks/ downpipes, there are three variations of V6 S pipes which are not interchangeable:
2.8
2.9
2.9 Cat

These sets are available separately from the main exhaust and silencer one-piece assembly.

Thanks for the info Glen appreciated. We will probably be at the oilcan as we usually go, I'm not sure but it also might be Folk Festival weekend in Holmfirth, which is usually good if you are over this way.
