Ash Green pain info

Any Ash Green S cars out there? I’m looking to get some paint but struggling to get anywhere with the paint code P422-0523B. After doing some research I’ve found that it might be the same as VW Lhasa Green LA6V/W1, can anyone confirm this?

I think your best bet is to take your car to an automotive paint supplier and ask them to scan your paint with their spectro machine. The get them to make up an aerosol so you can spray some test panels for comparison.

Probably the best idea, the body is off the chassis at the moment, so will be a while before I’m able to do so. I took a punt and ordered some Lhasa Green touch up paint …..although close was a bit too Blue.

That's ideal then , take the boot lid to the paint shop - easy

That paint code and name does appear on this list and it should be possible to get a good body shop supplier to mix to that code, HOWEVER!! I know (from bitter experience) that the colour has probably changed slightly with age and exposure. Mine was a green as well and analysis showed one sided had faded slightly and needed less blue in the mix!! Makes it hard to touch up. But I would definitely take the advice to get a photospectrometer check and get the mix codes to suit the colour as it is now.
