Don't use them myself.......


new stay bent up from some 8mm stainless steel rod, all now obsolete since doing the "wide open hinge conversion" smile

I do hoarding, not organising!

Took me hours to find that bag of clips, knew I had them...... somewhere smile

I'll get in touch with "tvr power" to get one. It is a cheaper option and I can keep the original bonnet strut.

Hi everyone,

Can anyone give me the reference for the clip which is to be found on the bonnet side of the strut (see location on picture below).



As you can see, there is nothing to retain the bonnet strut.

As far as I know there is nothing, it just goes in that hole. Weight of bonnet on it keeps it in.... until you knock it trying to reach something wink

Correct, there is nothing to retain the bonnet strut smile

A good example of TVR "design".
