The cable has broken of the bottom of my arial, which was mounted on the rear nearside wing. I've removed it and can see that the cable runs through the body work over the wheel arch, but I can't see where it goeas after that. Does anybody know before I resort to taking to whole of the car apart? I'm guessing it isn't easy as when the garaged replace my fuel sender and cable they left the cable running over the carpet in the car.

IIRC the coax runs over the wheel arch, inside the sills and up the door pillar at the front.
IIRC2 absolute to replace it.
If you really need to change it, use the old cable to pull the new one through.

Mine is on OSR wing, but routing is similar, over wheelarch into cabin, along inside of sill and out under the dash, along to centre console and poked up through there.

As someone said, use original to plull new one through.

If reception is / was dodgy, take the opportunity to fit an amplified arial, you may need to run a 12V feed through, or use a feed from the fuel pump through a filter (obviously only amplified with the engine running then!)

Agree with previous posts, pull either the new cable or some with through with the old lead. This will save a lot of aggro.
