Ok, figured out why the bonnet wont open
The cable snapped on me tonight
Any ideas where i can buy one? Any part numbers?

Ok managed to get the part from Barnet TVR and they have them in stock!
It was 15.50 plus vat then i got them to send it to me so all in cost about £20
Will post the part number when i get it
Oh, and apparently they are in stock at Blackpool as well

Bonnet release cables are standard items which any decent car accessory shop should have. A manual choke cable is also OK but the turn to release action is a bit of a bugger.
I have just replaced the one on my S1 - it cost 6.99 (including the VAT).
Sorry if this is a bit late.

Great service from " The TVR Centre" in barnet............got the cable today
Fitted it tonight and all works well Just getting over scratching my hands to buggery doing it

The Part Number is : S28U10155

It cost me £20.56 all in and i am sure it was alot easier to do than making something out of another cable

All roadworthy again............for the moment
