How to use the Pistonheads search facility

There seems to be oe or two people who havent cracked the search facility, I hope this will help:

1) First click on Search



2) Then click on advanced search



3) Now add what you are searching for and select the S forum



4) Now clip on 'Search' and wait for the results

It doesn't work till the post has been up for a while, does it?

Dont know how long but the search engine must have some form of indexing I guess. But I would say within a day or so??????????????

and it "only" searches about 1 year of history, even though you select 2 years or longer

well done norm - perhaps this should be a FAQ, but people don't search those either do they
