Any train route experts in ?

Iv got to get from Tring to Turnham green for about 2.45 tomorrow.
All the websited show different ways of doing it.

Currently looking at Tring - Paddington and then district line, but I still have to change at Euston.

Would like to avoid changes if possible, but accept they are going to be necessary....

City mapper says fastest is train to Shepherds Bush then 12 minute bus journey to Turnham Green.
