Central London Breakfast eatery?

It's got to be the Regency, I used to live on Regency Street so popped in fairly regularly. Proper place, but as said, take ear defenders, Claudia has one hell of an impressive set of lungs.

Roast in Borough Market is good if you want posh, but it isn't greasy and it isn't a spoon and the parking isn't that great.Edited by ManFromDelmonte on Thursday 5th March 16:34

Another + for the Regency I've been going on and off for 15 years, I will even make a detour if I'm any where near! City types, builders, actors, popular with all sorts.Roast in Borough Market is good if you want posh, but it isn't greasy and it isn't a spoon and the parking isn't that great.
Roast is also good, they do or did a great Kedgeree.
