Where to skim brake disc? E14-based

Got a pair of MR2 brake disc which I think may be warped.

How much would it cost to measure and skim the disc n East London please?

I want to establish if the discs are indeed warp as I can feel steering vibration when under hard braking but only with the brakes are hot.

Any engineering company with a decent lathe will be able to do it for you. Just have a ganander through the yellow pages.
