Hi

Can anyone recommend a good conveyancing solicitor for residential property in NW London?

Thanks

Tom

Seems that I can't contact you off board so will leave it for you to contact me. I deal with Solicitors on a daily basis (I'm an estate agent based in NW1) and while there are many good solicitors out there, there is only one who I'd have no qualms about recommending every time.

PM me too. I'm yet to come across a decent conveyancer or anyone who's had a good experience!

Why in NW London? I use one up north called Oliver&Co, thoroughly recommend them. You don't need any face to face time with your solicitor when buying/selling and you can send your identity docs to them recorded delivery. Worked out about £500 cheaper than using a London firm.

Probably too late...have just moved from NW3. The conveyancer we used was excellent...we were in a six house chain, the last to agree a sale and the first to have our contracts signed and ready for exchange. He's actually based in Bucks as that is where we moved to but the Estate Agent we used was so impressed with him they now give his business cars out to clients. Well priced too.
