mobile Spark Eroding or Bolt extraction service ?

I have a Boxster S,

I have two broken corroded bolts for my Manifold/Header.
I tried one of the extractor kits for removing bolts but now the extractor tool has broken off in one of the bolts.

I believe the only way to get it out now is to use a Spark eroding method.

Does anyone know of anyone or company that can do it via a mobile service?
