Parking Advice, near Aldgate

I'm staying in the Ibis Commercial Road this week, and my wife will be camping with me for a couple of nights. She'll need her car, so any suggestions as to where to park? It's only the daily driver.

I have had a look on Parkopedia, and there are a few around (Minories, Royal Mint Street etc) but I'm running out of time to find the best option. So all guidance gratefully received.

We'll be there late'ish this evening - not sure what time she will be heading off tomorrow. She'll be back with me on Tuesday evening too.

Minories is fine. Or there are a couple of those 'park on this brownfield site' type carparks near Aldgate, down towards the river, too.
