Shepherds Bush Parking, anyone local?

Off to a wedding just after Christmas, SWMBO has offered to drive so we're looking to ditch the car close to the reception venue in Shepherd's Bush.
Looking on Streetview it'd appear that side streets only have restrictions on weekdays but I was wondering if anyone local could tell me if I'm crazy thinking I'll find a space on a Saturday lunchtime.

Huge public car park at Westfield might be your best bet.

Quite possibly but morning dress might be a little over the top for walking through Westfield....!

Only an issue if the away team have decent travelling support!

www.justpark.com is great for this sort of thing, especially in London. Loads of private little car parks tucked away or people renting out their driveways.

The cab rank is in the car park!

Park one level down from the entry ramp and the rank will be on the same level

I think on reflection that's going to be the easiest option.

As a postscript, we ended up parking in a side road right outside the venue, which was nice.
Felt a bit of a plank trying to hail a cab on the Uxbridge Rd looking like the fat controller but it all worked out rather nicely.
