There is a bloke next to my office who just parks outside a Sheesha lounge on double yellow's most evening because he can't be arseed to find a parking bay. Minimum £60 ticket a day.... Congestion Charge... thats like dropping 2p on the floor ha ha

Last week outside the restaurant I was at. He was actually parked legally on a single yellow after 6:30pm not that he would lose sleep over a ticket being one of the brothers of the ruler of Qatar. £338k if you're interested.

I was in Kuwait last year and saw a 'blue chrome' wrapped new Corvette blatting about the place.

Two weeks later, was driving past the Horniman's in Forest Hill and it came portering along in the opposite direction!
