Renting a garage / workshop, LDN

Anyone know of anything in SW London? Specifically Kingston upon Thames or within a 20min drive from here? It's not for a car - I just need 5-10m2 for a hobby. I could do with power and ideally water. If you have anything then please shoot me a message. Shared spaces / basements / sheds / whatever really.
The wife and I rent a garage from a lovely elderly lady who lives in Mews house in W1.
She lets us have it for a very reasonable rent, partly for what she calls "Gin money" and also for some coming and going to be seen at the house. It's cheaper and more secure than parking at the house in ironically a slightly cheaper area.
We saw it on eBay of all things. Maybe worth a look.
