What is that upstairs bar on greenwich 1 way system called?

its upstairs on the 1 way system the side nearest the cutty sark. I'ts got high vaulted sealings and lots of sofas etc, think it used to be called the LIGHT BAR? Does anyone know what its called now?

The Powder Monkey was designed? Christ, I thought it was thrown together. Not a bad place as a last stop before home, but not a great choice for interesting barchitecture...
