From the evidence of numerous threads there are quite a few of us in the above area.

Anyone up for a few beers one night?

If mere Epsom inhabitants are allowed to join with the super-rich enclaves as outlined, I'll come along! wink

In terms of location, anywhere between Leatherhead & Wimbledon on the train and then the District line in would get my vote to allow for a suitable level of beer drinking. One possibility if anyone likes live music is the Half Moon in Putney?

Given up drinking, but richmond is fairly local, some nice pubs if it isn't raining.

Hi there Mawse. I will jump on a train and come to this if I can to meet up and have a chat. I was up at Breckland the other day and saw your motor. Good to see them both together. Are you after something else too? Are the Mosler's days numbered or is this something extra?

Not numbered at the moment, I just know me! I do still have my Noble M15 deposit down and I expect it will feature some of the things that make the Mosler so appealing, so you never know.

I was very pleased to see that you were the first to undergo a retro fit supercharger, should save me some time and pain later in the year. I still get a kick every time I drive the thing, but I'm soon to have the slowest one in the country!

I take it you aren't thinking of changing given the imminent arrival of 200 more bhp?

Apologies for hijacking the thread to discuss Moslers!

I'm not far from Kermit.

How about a beer in Kingston? Trains and parking is no probs in the evening.

Kingston sounds good.

Is it worth asking when, or is just arbitrarily picking a date a better idea?

Shall we start with a day and move from there? Back end of a week or weekend would suit me, getting too old for early week drinking. Kingston may not be the most salubrious venue, but it's fine with me, I can walk home!

I'm on a car activity day at North Weald on Friday, and God only knows what BH Friday traffic will be like to get back round to Epsom, but on the other hand, the sprogs will be with their grandparents, so a Friday night out would still be fun!

Kingston is fine as a choice of venue too. Would we plan on dinner as well as a few beers?

Lucky you @ NW - activity days finish at 4 iirc so plenty of time to get back to Surrey. wink

Food would be nice as well as booze, however I am racking my brains to think where. I've never been out in Kingston in the evening.

'Hart's Boatyard' on the Portsmouth Road has been suggested to me as Kingston's least horrible establishment. smile

Hart's is nice, apparently. Or there's that Chinese eat-as-much-as-you-can in the Rotunda by the station. About £10, 30-40 different dishes.

Mind you, we could try something in Esher eg Marquis of Granby? But that would mean driving rather than public transport if that is important.

As for dates. Would prefer a weekend evening...

Someone suggest 3 in the next month. Whichever gets the most vote wins?
