London help!!

Staying overnight on Saturday but the hotel has no car park....

can anyone offer any ideas as the best place to park my car & how the congestion charge works (is it applicable over the weekend?)
Marble arch car park has been recommended, but unsure & want to check opinions first.

hi-the good news is the congestion charge finishes at 1800 hours on friday and starts at 0700 monday-so you will be ok for that-no charge.if you go to this link it should show you the parking for the area

it shows some parking bays close by.these should end at 1330hrs on saturday but check what it says on the meter-some are later others earlier.avoid resident bays they tend to active all the while.if you cant get a bay use the car park-i'm a cheap skate i dont like paying for a car park when on street is free.
the westmister council website is fairly good.
