New Wapping glass-break epidemic

Counted seven broken side windows in two weeks just in Wapping Wall and High Street. We've issued a warning to all ressies not to leave ANYTHING visible in the car if they have to leave it on the street. Last time this happened was about three years ago and it took the Bill three months to track down the hoodie chav scum responsible. Forget an alarm, what you want is a 12- stone Rottweiler in the passenger seat. Hard to smash windows when your arm stops at the elbow.

Rottweiler sounds like a plan. Then if you do catch them, stick them inside with the dog.... when he's hungry.

... and please rub those sat nav marks off the windscreen. Should only be visible when the dog is well hidden in the car.
