Garage, Barn, Lock-up, to store/repair my car - HELP

Hi

I have 2 Celica's, and am looking for somewhere i can use to change the engines over, I will provide all the tools etc, so i just need somewhere to do it.

Obviously i am willing to pay on a weekly/monthly basis, in advance, and pay a deposit if needed. I would like to rent a place for between 2 weeks - 1 month, although if you only have a place for a few days, a weekend, or even a longer period please let me know and i'm sure we can come to an arrangement.

Anywhere near the M25 will be considered, preferably East, but am happy to travel to Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire etc

I'll consider anything, a large shed, single or double garage, lock-up, a barn, workshop, warehouse, industrial unit - a nearby toilet would be handy but not necessary, electricity would also be nice.
