Brought to mind an image of one way trips only with free use of handcuffs
Hi All,
Been round at Tynedale Rugby Ground most of the day and very pleased with how firm the ground is, Everything is coming together for the 3rd edition of Fastlane.
Our website went down last night due to sheer volume of traffic through it but have no fear everything is going ahead as planned,
The address is
Tynedale Rugby Club,
Station Road,
Corbridge,
Northumberland,
NE45 5AY.
Gates open to the public at 10:00 and we encourage display cars to be in place before then.

I just got back from the show, had a decent time. The rain looked like it was threatening the whole time, but the ground was pretty dry and firm.
I parked in a car park in the centre of Corbridge so I had a bit of walk to get to the Rugby club, which was pretty good actually as I saw a lot of the cars coming and going - most probably trying to find the event itself!
Some awesome cars on show, in particular the Porsches I think had a strong bunch there, saw one of the 911 turbos on the road as I was driving through Riding Mill on the way there. Also saw a lot of the TVRs coming in, they sounded excellent, as well as a few of the Renaultsport Meganes and Clios trying to find the place. The Mitsubishi Lancer Register stand had a few nice cars too. All in all a good showing for oop Nurth.
Car of the show for me was probably the Ultima GTR for me - not as classy as some of some of the cars there, nor as storied a past, but the miniature Le Mans racer looks did it for me. I bet whoever drove that there this morning had a bloody good time!
To be honest though, leaving the event was even more spectacular than viewing the cars. I saw a black Escort RS Turbo exiting the club grounds like it was on a rally stage, and then saw PH'er SeanyD attempting to navigate the traffic out of there in his Elise. Following that, a couple of Black Supras came out and went shooting up the road towards Riding Mill, followed by a white Sierra RS Cosworth with whale tail and a bacon red Sierra Cosworth 4x4 who went bolting down to the road towards the centre of Corbridge, dump valves whooshing away as they went. Lots of BMW M cars coming and going too, all great to see out on the road, even it was a bit of a turkey shoot that got them all in the same place.
Some photos;
They could do with a bit lightening up, these are just the raw unedited pictures, so some of them look a bit dark!
