Mobile Welder Required - Stanley Durham

Hi,
Wondering if someone can help. I'm looking for a mobile welder that would be able to come to mine and weld this up. Its quite close to a couple of oil lines and not far from the Fibre glass body. Does anyone have any recommendations?
