Good carburetor guy in teeside ?

Who's the best guy to see about carburetors , looking to have them tweeked a bit so the engine runs a richer mix (after more pop and bang )

I was recommended Borg brothers (unsure of the spelling) before. Believe there somewhere along the sea front, Redcar/Saltburn ish. Have a rolling road too and spend a lot of time on the cars from what I was told.

Sorry I dont have much more detail though.

Ron made a complete arse of setting up the weber on my frogeye, despite 3 bites at it. Macdonald Racing had it sweet as a nut in half an hour.
