Ian did you go to the garage in Ponteland that Minimax recommended in the end to get your carbs tuned? What were they like. They seemed reasonable on the phone but would prefer another recommendation...

Failing that, does anyone know of a good, cheap, place where I could get my twin HS4's serviced and tuned (they'll need new needles when I get the air-filters on next month). I know there is a Rolling Road in Heaton that does them, but they would charge > £100 + parts to simply set them up never mind service them (a service kit is ~£60 and I can't afford much more than £130 all in).

Sorry Stefan, still havent had mine done, will prob wait a bit. It may even be getting sold shortley to make way for a GT3 or V8 havent quite decided which yet, good thing with my motor is it is still very rapid even with lumpy carbs
