The problem with a mobile set up is that you are very much governed by the weather unless you have your own large indoor space like a double garage or something. Tim at 'Envy' also mentioned that some coatings need to be applied at a certain temperature for them to bond correctly which is pretty hard to achieve if its -3 outside.

Some do.But most ones available to the "general public" Eg Cquartz UK can be applied cold outside as long as it's not wet.
