I will be there supporting a friend of mine, Mark Leybourne driving a Maroon 1600 Westfield if anyone wants to come and along and find me.

Jagsy and Minijagsy (Dan) popped along last year and enjoyed themselves.
I think entry is about £5.

The practice runs start around 10.00am onwards, with the timed runs in the afternoon.

I may well have to talk myself into attending. It's that or gardening, not a difficult choice

Sorry, the only info I have is to be at my friends house for 7.00am to get there in plenty of time for the scrutineering.
I would imagine that things will be happening from around 9.00am, but if it's the competing runs, and also the final run offs you want to see you'd be best coming along after lunch.

Even Mark, the guy who is competing, doesn't have any further info!
They certainly keep them in the dark!
I don't even know the number of his car yet.
It should be parked up with a Nissan pickup.

Hope to see you there.

Well, the forecast for tomorrow looks just wonderful, a bit like yesterday and today.
Bank holidays, don't you just love them?

Ian, that's made my day! That is my co-pilot doing a Will Gollop I then had the joys of driving the only car that looked like it had been doing rally cross

Was our first ever competetive motorsport event, top day, very friendly people, fun conditions and a class win. yeehaaa

Thanks, glad you like them, yes they are taken with a digital camera, I used a Canon 1DMKII and I am pretty sure I used the 100-400 lens for all those shots.

Mmmm nice camera, but its the photographer behind it that makes the difference. Give it to me and I'll show you how bad it can perform I haven't bought a digital yet as I want something as useable as my EOS1000 (focus / lag wise) and I find the ones I've seen that come close are £600 up which I can't justify for the amount it would get used although I'm sure I'd use it more if I didn't have to get stuff developed.

Some day a second hand 20D or 1D will be within reach
