I hope to be, although my Dissertation has to come first. It is pretty much finished only requireing minor fettling and then formating ready for printing on Monday, so assuming nothing drastic arrives I'm good to go.

Which way would you be heading Elaine? I'll be driving up to Hexham and then up the A686 via Alston...

assuming the weather is ok

Would love to join you guys at Hartside:d. Will be getting there by my favourite route. Across moors from Conset to Stanhope over to Middleton in Teesdale and then right on the best road in the county to Alston, then left to Hartside. I’m leaving the Aston at home , don’t want to spoil the day for you Ferrari boys and bringing my real car. Series 1 E Type 1962. The smell of petrol and the heat makes my day . Looking forward to it hope it doesn’t rain and put anyone off.

I'm will be heading up to Hexham via Stocksfield/Riding Mill/Corbridge more than likely.

Hows about meeting in Safeways carpark (from the first roundabout on the A69 come into Hexham, keep straight on over the next two and safeways is on your left) around 12? From there we can wiggle our way through Hexham and head up to the A689 that way.

If the others are leaving Washington services at high noon it will more like be 12.30 before they get to Safeways.

But, Safeways at 12 ish sounds good.

I'll call and post here if something changes (I'm re-reading my dissertation and found two things needing writing about before Monday), but failing that see you tommorrow!

edit:: took less time than I thought thats me pretty much finished! How marvellous!

Sorry guys got to Stanhope and the fog was so bad guessed hartside would be invisible so diverted to Croft for the trackday. If you found the cafe hope the weather was better than I had assumed. If you are meeting up another day would like to join in.
