I'm looking for a nice 2.8i Special to play with. Can anybody let us know where I should be looking? Cheers all.

BTW is that the S that was for sale on AutoTrader (up in Scotland I think)?
Sorry can't help with the Capri. Tried PH Classifieds?

my sales manager has got a cracker for sale, it,s a 3 lt tested on the rolling road at over 190bhp and it goes like a rocket. beautiful condition and sounds fantastic. know he,s looking around 4k, if you,re interested let me know by e mail with a phone no and i,ll pass your details on. peter

Aye it is Selmer - the things in a bit of a sorry state at the moment - i obviously drove it before i bought it, but by the time i got it down here whatever they'd done to get it running was obviously a short term fix. I'm in the trade so I've got a few handy friends who are breathing life back into it as we speak. Should be on the road tomorrow (Yay!). That garage has some questions to answer.

hi just sold 2x 2.8s one x packed.ive got another x pack left.or there is a tidy ish 2.8 in loftus high st on the left for 1400 nuggets,been advertised 4 a while now,if u aint got sorted yet

Still not sorted, but still looking. I've been offered an A reg XR4x4 though! Where's loftus high st? I'm a manc...

I had an A reg XR4i. They didn't start making XR4x4's till some time later.

Loftus High Street is basically the A174, a short stretch of the road as it passes through Loftus on the way to Whitby.
