That's exactly my thoughts on it bomb once done its much easier to keep it at THAT level.
On the Vanquish all the body panels are carbon fibre, roof, bonnet, doors, wings , boot the lot.
Even a minor prang or gentle nudge can leave you with tens of thousands of pounds worth of body damage so you gotta be careful. At least until you get bored of being careful and just let the V12 do its stuff smile
The most noticeable areas for seeing the carbon weave were around the rear light clusters where its all bending and curved in many different directions .
Personally I thought it looked quite cool but you have to go looking for it as its not that obvious. It was only when the detailer pointed it out that I knew of it.

I've known Davie at DDB since he used to be a manager at Homebase, it wasn't until he left and I saw the place go to ruin that I realised just how much of an obsessive nutjob he is! That became immediately apparent when he started to detail cars. His business has grown from the boot of a Vectra to what it is now in record time because of the care and attention to detail that goes into every single job.

Your car looks great, but I'm not surprised! Enjoy it.

Interesting stuff about the body Longy. I didn't realise there was so much carbon fibre involved on them. I fully understand about being careful to avoid even the smallest of bumps. It can be extremely expensive to fix.

I was overtaken yesterday, whilst on the A19. It was a 50mph limit zone, with width restricted lanes due to road works, and some guys in a loud Honda thought it would be hilarious to place his car right alongside mine and rev the arse out of his engine so it popped and banged, then accelerate away like a loon. I'm sure the 3 x passengers stuffed into his car were impressed. I was just thankful he had passed me without making contact !

Be careful out there. They walk amongst us.

Sam at least you can ask David for mates rates smile !
Oh yes don't we all love the big exhaust brigade and their prowess behind the wheel. Just keep well away from them at all times it's the only safe thing to do or their showing off of their driving prowess can ruin your pride and joy...yes indeed they are amongst us

Just picked up my new car. APS (formerly DDB) liaised with the dealer to do the Crystal Serum Ultra ceramic coating in the 2 weeks between arrival and my collection on 1st March and I have to say the guys at APS are spot on.

They held the car at their shop until yesterday then drove it the mile to the dealer and cleaned it thoroughly again last night so it'd be perfect for me today.

Happy new car day Mrs Miggins.
Dave and his guys are a good crew and have gone beyond the necessary for me more than once.
Shame it's a wet miserable day and your new baby is likely covered in crap already.
