I'm considering getting some work done at Midland VW.
I'll probably take my boy 4/5yr old with me and would like to know what's near
cinema
bowling
skating
etc.

Nothing like that anywhere near, MVW is on small Ind. estate in a small village with not many buses.
Chasewater is up the road, too far to walk with a 4yr old,not too sure whether railway is open during week? highly unlikely, more of an enthusiasts run line.

Bugger all mate.

There's a greasy cafe about 3 doors down that is inside a mobile home type thing for a sandwich and that's about it. There's a pub about 5-10 min walk, but no idea if it has a play area.
