Hey,
can anyone recommend a BMW specialist for servicing and vehicle modifications in the midlands.

I could do with all 4 brake discs and pads being replaced. I know of a good specialist but not in the midlands. It'd be handy to have one closer. I'm in the Derby area.

Thanks

Noel Butler @ Autokraft, located close to Solihull / J4 M42 tel 01564 703434
I've been using Noel for years - very knowledgeable, and much better value than main dealers

+10000. He has looked after the last 7 or so cars in my family.

Hi,

I can highly recommend Wood Lane Garage, which is just outside Derby in Horsley Woodhouse (phone number 01332 550158). The mechanic (Dave Earnshaw) is ex main dealer gone independent. He looks after both my BMW and TVR, also my friends and family use him. Very honest and well priced. You usually need to give a few weeks notice though as he's always very busy!

Hughes Brothers in Derby specialise in BMW. A disc and pad change is really easy though so any mechanic (or even you!) could do it. A mate of mine (lives in Horsley) is a mobile mechanic who I am sure would be happy to do it for you - I can PM you his details if you like.

Hi,
I managed to get it booked in at my local tyres and brakes garage, but thanks!
