Tiny scuff on the rear bumper corner (8 inches high but only 1/2 and inch long - I stopped very, very quickly) on my metallic silver Jetta. Even though the damage is very light, I would like a good finish as it is metallic. Any recommendations in or near Stone / Stoke-on-Trent (home) or Birmingham Children's Hospital (work) please?

Thank you very much in advance.

A bump for this, as I need the same! (ideally bham city centre).

A very old post on here recommended http://www.carsmartsite.com/index.htm but people move on and it may not still be a good place, so looking for a recent recommendation. Thanks.

edit... and Chipsaway coventry also seem OK http://www.chipsawaycoventry.co.uk/category.php?ca... from a recent post (not bham obviously, but I live more Coventry way).

Any last minute recommendations for a SMART repairer, before I take my chances with Chipsaway?

Not yet - still deliberating between Chipsaway and Revive.

A few years ago I used Chipsaway in Kidderminster, couldn't spot the repair.

Hadn't heard of them before. Just looked them up, guess it's the same as with Chipsaway, where it depends how good the franchisee is, and so impossible to say whether the brand itself is "good" or "bad".
