Coach trimmer need for my Alfa

Hi guys, first post so a big hello from me here in Derbyshire.

I bought an Alfa Romeo Giulietta which is lovely car all round although for the first time in any car, (I've been driving 30 years), the design of the drivers chair padding in the backrest means I have too little support in the lumber and middle area but too much at the top/shoulder area, causing my shoulders to be pushed forward. I have tried endless self adjustment to the seat position. Not luck.

I'm looking for a recommendation if you like for a local or relatively local coach/vehicle trimmer in the East Midlands to help me resolve the seating issue to have adjustments made to incorporate some kind of foam upgrade to allow the seat to be fully supportive and perhaps a little softer too.

Your thoughts would really be appreciated.
