Pink round storage tanks a46, what are they

Hi
A bit of a long shot.
When you travel along the a46 at the Cropwell Bishop turn off there are 2 large pink storage tanks.
There are also some large bits of machinery right next to them.
Does any one know hat they are and what they will be used for.
They dont look like normal farm tanks.
