2 Car/Classic Car Storage Available - B63 Halesowen

I have secured a car storage unit in the Halesowen (B63), West Midlands. The unit is situated 10 mins from junction 3 of the M5. The units are in the process of being fully refurbished and will be available from early June 2016. The unit I have reserved will easily store 4 cars (possibly 5). The site is fully secure with 24 hour access (you will have your own key). There is a ramp up to the unit, so will not be suitable for cars with lowered suspension. I have 2 cars, the other half (2 cars) is available to rent. There is electricity and toilet facilities. The units are completely dry and a new roof has been installed. Walls and floors will be painted. Car storage is at a premium in the West Midlands - this site represents a great opportunity for someone who is looking to keep cars stored long term, or who has a collection and wants safe, easy access for weekends etc. Rent will be payable to me (as the person on the contract), and is all inclusive of bills and insurance. If you have one car then money will be pro-rata. The unit is for storage only - the cars can only be turned over for purposes of moving in and out of the unit (due to ventilation).
