Moving to Shropshire

I'm looking to buy a house and move to Telford, so can anyone recommend a Residential Surveyor and a Conveyancing Solicitor in the area. We are looking to move fairly quickly so want a good responsive agent in both cases. We have viewed a house that we want to buy, and both buyer and seller are keen to get this to happen.
