I was a "newbie" a few years ago - you're more than welcome to join us. I'll be heading down from midway between Tamworth/Lichfield via a certain 'breakfast point' at Bassetts Pole if you're local to me?

I'll be out of the Golden Arches at Bassetts Pole no later than 07.55 hrs as I've a reputation for normally being one of the last to arrive at the meeting point & given the numbers involved, I think I ought to make a bit of effort & turn up earlier. The plan probably is to be away from the meeting point by just after 08.15 which is slightly earlier than we might have done in the past to allow us the time to go as much as possible (with the exception of the first section which is to J15 M40) on the back roads.

I maybe traveling down with a few other TVR's and a 911 but we haven't made arrangements as yet,if it falls through then wouldn't mind joining the group.
