Burblev8,

I'm up for any type of meet. It's looking good on the potential attendance side. I'm currently in the process of finding a nice E46 M3 to replace me trusty 330d. Would be great to give it a PH run at some point.

All the best

Matt

There's a couple more of us in Warwick that i reckon could be up for a meet. Just need to get our various machines back on the road!

Why not nip along to the car meet held at the Brittanic Assurance "campus" at Wythall ( just off junction 3 of the M42 A435)in the second week of every month...October to April on Sunday 11.00am to 1.00pm, and May to September on Tuesdays from 7.00 pm.

The December meet is therefore this Sunday........everything from steam cars to new Astons plus motorbikes......

Cheers,

Tony

Same here - bit busy up to Xmas but would be interested depending upon dates after the New Year.
Been to Wythall a few times and it is a good meet. The same bloke that runs the Royal Oak meets (Hockley Heath) organises it.

Wythall and Hockley Heath are ideal. I'm working this sunday though.

We will definitely have a few dates, destinations and drivers from the area for the new year - I'm looking forward to meeting you all!

Hmm, might trot along to this. Is the 'campus' easy to find? I'll be in a black Mk1 MX5 if anyone else is there.

Hmmm,

May have seen you there today, (I was in blue cobra parked at the first roundabout) wasn't going to go 'cos of the fog but I must say there were quite a few nice TVR's on show.......especially the red "balls out" flying machine....

Cheers,

Tony

Didn't go in the end, sorry. Too lazy. Sounds good though, must go in future. Might be a good monthly meeting point for Warickshire/Midlands PHers.

If we came up with a list of different events throughout the month e.g.

Wythall

Hockley Heath

Dawn Raid/Breakfast Run

Sunday Lunch/Run Out

Summer Evening Meet

everyone would have a choice of times and days then each could just post where they are going.

Any more venue/event suggestions?

Based in Rugby...the A428 from Dunchurch to Banbury is a giggle as is the A361 Banbury-Daventry (with plenty roundabout silliness opportunity in Dav...)

Tony,

Does that make it this Sunday (Jan 15th) at 11:00 or was it last week? I may be able to make it over if it's this Sunday.

Cheers

I run regular drives from Solihull usually 2nd Tuesday of the month - Midland Drive and Dine.

I post them on here and if you want to come watch out for the postings.
Last night it was 3 M Roadsters, an M5 and a Porsche turbo. Dinner was at The Beeches, Hampton in Arden

Keep us posted may well be interested in joining this run, as we are in a village just outside Banbury, so Warwickshire is less than 1/2 hour away!

Be good to go on a new run, in a new area. And also be great to meet some new faces.
