Hi there, great meet up! Thankyou to all involved, didn't stay too long, had to go to the Black Swan for some much needed refreshment. The run down to 911 Sport was good, it was good to push the M3 a little as it doesn't usually get to drive in such great company although now I wish I had attended the ride after the meet as well as that sounds insane! I would welcome another meet / drive anytime.

shame KD didnt bring the red 1, I was looking forward to that.

Phil put on a good show at 911sport, thanks for the free food and drinks

KD suggested the next meet to be a go kart championship at PF international Karting circuit (PFI).

www.jmkartsport.co.uk

PFI is the UK's No.1 karting circuit and the favourite of todays UK Go Kart GP drivers, if you have been karting and enjoy it but not had a chance to drive the twin engined pro karts then this is a must for any petrolhead.

not sure of the prices etc ill have to get hold of KD and see what the deal is, would anyone be interested in joining us in 60mph+ (est) twin engined pro karts?

I love that place.

If you want a bag of freebies try the motorshow, personally, I thought free food and drink was more than enough

might not have been the easiest when there was only 3 people there and they had to look after 30-40 odd people, most of which went in and said hello therefore stopping them from going round everyone and saying hello.

btw you missed the best run mabe next time.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Was a very good time. And Gary is right about the drive afterwards. My poor little Clio could hardly keep up! I was laughing my head off when the Porsche 930 Turbo in front just disappeared when he put his foot down, and I had mine nailed as well!

That was a fantastic day, many thanks to Gary for organising it all. Great to meet everyone. Paul, the trip in the RSR was an incredible experience, I really appreciate it thanks.

The drive from Washingborough was just full on with LincsGT2 filling my rear view mirror at all times. I know I was slower through the bends, but I did have 100kg worth of LeeM3 as a passenger! Only joking, I bow to your superior skills, and Lee's not that heavy. Actually he was a fantastic passenger throughout the whole day, only saw one imaginary braking moment (THAT 930 corner - in fact the council should now name it that).

There are only two people in the world who will know what I mean and find it funny, but when Schumacher crossed the finishing line at Hockenheim yesterday I imagined yellabelly broadsiding it around the final bend behind him. Total respect for what you did in that car, how you kept up with us I'll never know. I've lost count of the time Lee reported "That f**king TVR's STILL THERE!!!!!!!!!".

That drive back with DGary, Mach and PolarBert was just out of this world. That corner was horrible. All I could think of as the GT2 took it in it's stride(just) was "I would NOT want to do that in a 930". I think Mach just thought "F**K". I was geninuely relieved to see him dive through it and return to my mirror. Fantastic route Gary. Shame more people didn't hang on for that, it was a great drive.

Costa's Gallardo was the star of the show for me, a truly stunning machine.

Can't wait for the next one.
