Someone told me Cruise Derby meet at the Wyvern Centre at weekends. Could give that a try?
We could do a bulk buy on these, a set on each car...

Sutton, we'll have to wear stab jackets unless it's away from the town centre!

Nothing wrong with Sutton.
I think the American car crowd meet sometimes at The Castlewood, not sure when though

It's Mansfield Town FC car park on a Sunday night for the Maxxed.com crowd in Mansfield, and I'm sure I've seen a few Minis in there........not that I ever go myself.....someone told me about it.....or I'm told theres the Netherfield drag strip most Sunday nights as well, but thats getting into a whole new world for some of you.

The Anchor at Oakerthorpe (near Alfreton) would take some beating if a venue with better access/road surfaces was on the menu.
Great car park, good access from all local areas and a nice pub to boot.

The Anchor pulls in a large motoring fraternity on Thursdays, mainly bikes but quite a few nice cars. Gets very busy, okay if you want the attention. Tuesdays should be quieter and the road to it is one of the best stretches locally, (coming from the A610 / Excavator pub).

This is it, we could perhaps try it one Tuesday and see what people think?

Hi Burnie, the pub at Oakerthorpe is very good imho, i went to a bike meet last week there.
It might be worth a try for the Tuesday meeting folks, it's a way better location for almost everyone than Starkholmes, better road surfaces around there too.
More parking an added bonus.

As others have said, far better venue.
