If I manage to drag myself away from DIYing for a couple of hours I could do with a thrash through the countryside followed by a tepid shandy.

I have the photo kit tonight so an orderly posed car park will be required

I do need a relatively level section to set up though if possible ...

Heading off now and hoping to stop off on the 'other side' of Donington (about 1/2 mile from home) if I can get there with a view to getting a few shots of what is left after last night's big fire.

This could be difficult - I may have to go via Melbourne of Junction 24 M1.

Big pallet store near Donnington. Melted the overhead powerlines too!

You missed a good one Emma. Mary didn't seem too happy for some reason. Probably the heat.

Good turn out. The 6R4 looked like it would be a lot of fun. The Aston was nice too.

Sounds like there was a good turn out and some interesting cars. Never mind! Should be at the next one. Poor old Mary. Miserable in the hot, grumpy in the cold...

And last time it was too cold.

Not very practical is it?

Extremely well done! A tremendous effort.
