i spotted a strange one today
blue audi rs4 cab.. .. .. .. on m62 over the pennines.
I was tootling along, and this car came shooting down the fast lane at about 140 with headlights flashing left to right and blue lights underneath also flashing.
spotted it early and moved out the way (thought id been pulled at first) then it zoomed past and dodged through the fast lane morons in front of me who wouldnt get out the way gumball style, was quite a sight.
im in two minds about this, becuase I cant understand why BIB would have a cab (roof was up though even though it was sunny)

Possibly a high ranking Fire officer in their personal car. A guy who was very high up in my dad's force had a brand new E55 Merc with blue grill lights and removable blues and twos for the roof. The officers get to choose a company car or opt out and have their own vehicles which have the blue lights retro fitted afterwards
