Everyone liked the venue. Many have mailed me asking me when the next one is.

Well, the above date sounds as good as any and it might even be mild still, so there you go.

You know where to get your wheels on the last Sunday in October now!

Hi Ian, I'll be there, I'll bring the wife so she can have a wander around the shops. John

She'll probably spend the equivalent of a set of tyres though!

Only if he'll sell it to me for about £30K, which is all i could muster, so in all probability, no!
Slightly radical, that thing!

The good news is that he is going to start renting his bike and trike out!
Yup, those of a certain minimum age, with clean licence and at least 10 years on a bike, (the rules are something like that anyway), will soon be able to frighten themselves stupid on either 2 or 3 wheels, with 502 bhp and 567 lbs-ft at their disposal.
How does 150 mph in first gear and whatever you can hold onto in second (top) grab you?
It's geared for 300 mph in second, if you fancy trying!

Gatso, to ride one is to change everything you previously thought about the words 'fast' and 'powerful' mate. Suddenly, cars like Lamborghini Gallardo and Lancer Evolution FQ 400 seem slow.
The power of a BMW M5 V10 with far less weight than a Smart Car is the reason!

Aye, a grandad, alas.

It's not all bad news, it means i get to insure a 175 mph car for £500 a year fully comp and also that i got to hoon for many years on 4 wheels and 2, before speed cameras and traffic happened to spoil most of the fun.

Short of Force 9 gales and lightning yup!

Any time after 10am the cars tend to roll up, the owners in varying degrees of 'oh my gawd it's still early on a Sunday' -ness.
:-)

See ya there. Hope the weather doesn't keep too many away.

*There are good toilets, food and shelter there*
