A45 dual carriageway west towards B'ham
Past Junction with A4114 Allesley and Porsche Dealership
Windmill Village Hotel is written in gold letters on the side of an old barn
Car park entrance is very soon after on left
See where it says CH Hotel in the middle: -

The Cellar Bar is at the north west end of the hotel almost at basement level.
Hope to see you there, faces old & new.
We need to plan attendance at next months Northants Run and sort out another Breakfast Run.
Please post to help indicate numbers.

I'll be there... in a goddamn courtesy car
Those of you who saw me in the car ready to set off for LeMans at the ashby meet on the tues night last month will know i was all set and the car was working fine. However 100 miles into the journey on wed morning it appears the front pinion bearing collapsed on the gearbox and i didnt make it in my car. In fact we didn't even make it to dover before failure. Hence why the gearbox and engine have to come out once again and i'm back in a courtesy car.
To say that thing is trying my paitience is an understatement. All i can say is it better be bloody good when i get it back!

Those of you who saw me in the car ready to set off for LeMans at the ashby meet on the tues night last month will know i was all set and the car was working fine. While the nights are still light, any interest in an evening run-out somewhere? Was interested in what the Ashby meet was like, wondered about either the Drive&Dine or going further afield to another meet / region (Northants meet maybe?)
I could arrange a Northants meet to tie in... Usually they meet up in the pub for a wednesday, but it does clash with some things, so turn out is sometimes only a few of them, apparently Foxton locks is quite nice, never been but there is a few car meets thereWhile the nights are still light, any interest in an evening run-out somewhere? Although I think it was a pretty elaborate scheme to make sure your car didn't get muddy!
