I saw an immaculate looking dark blue Jaguar XJR 4.0 this morning (XJ40) in Leicester. Loved them back in the day and realised I still do!

Went for a spin with a few friends this evening around Knowle, flew past this but had to turn around and have a proper look!

It is/was a development vehicle and was in the hands of one of Mclarens engineers, nice bloke!

Saw my first Renault twizy today, parked on Woodborough Road, not long after A Citroen SM came past. Second I've seen this year, in fact in the last month. Can't remember the last time I saw one before.

No pics, alas, but Stratford was good today (unsurprisingly):-

- D-Type (or replica) by the river before lunch.
- Kermit green Stratos replica heading up the A46 past SuA around 2pm
- White '90s 4dr Bentley at lunchtime too...not 100% sure it worked, but hat off to the original buyer for speccing white paint...

Plus the usual red F430 and white C63 coupe which I think are locals...

I saw a McLaren 650S in Leamington Spa yesterday, it was dark blue. It was going quite slow unfortunately. Hopefully I'll see it at speed soon as it I've just seen it again parked outside a house just down the road! biggrin

No photo, as it was on their property - it would be a bit rude.

I also keep seeing a convertible E-Type, I think it's the same one I saw a few miles from here in a garage next to the owner's house.

No photo as I was driving, but there was a nice silver McLaren 12C in Shrewsbury town centre, parked up on the high street about an hour ago smile

Also saw a TdF blue Ferrari (pretty sure it was a 360 but may have been an F430) in a traffic queue outside Shrewsbury BMW yesterday, too. Was a bit dirty too rather than spangly and shiny, so clearly gets used properly. Hats off.

Red Ferrari California in Retford last night, apparently was doing the rounds on Saturday too. They're slowly growing on me; atleast with the roof on.

On the walk during weekend, spotted this 911 track toy being tweaked in the garage in Stapleford:

Saw a couple of interesting cars this afternoon. There was a BMW i3 at the Shires retail park in Leamington, but unfortunately the guy was sitting in it while his missus was doing the shopping, so i couldn't get a pic. This Porsche 944 was also there; look closely you'll see the PH sticker in the window.

I'm a big fan of the DB9, but in my opinion those wheels look dreadful and kill the look.

All in my opinion, I know.

Two cars from opposite ends of the spectrum from me. Yesterday, M1 southbound at Leicester, a black Porsche Carrera GT. This morning on the A46 at Leicester, a Ford Sierra Sapphire 2.3D L on an E plate - I couldn't tell you the last time I saw one!

Oh, and a heavily camouflaged 5-door hatchback in Leicester - probably come from / heading to MIRA. Not a clue what it could be as I don't keep up to date with upcoming launches like I used to.
