Your point being?

ETA: Go utterly mental on the extras list and you can spec an RS6 to £130k.

Not sure if that's at me... If it was then the point being was I couldn't personally spend £90k £130kyikes on an Audi Estate.

But maybe that's just me. Being very honest with myself though,I can't see me spending those figures on any car,for those that can and do great for them.

I fully understand what you say about the appeal, just if I ever had that kind of money I'm sure I could find the appeal not in an Audi garagesmile

I would probably find my way to somewhere I could get an E-Type jag... There you go I've really thrown the cat among the pigeons now.biggrin

Yes it was at you in reply to your comment about not wanting to spend 90k or whatever on one of these. I agree by the way. However if you are in the market for a new car on lease then you start looking at what you can get for a bit more then it can soon escalate. My brother does car leasing and has sold [if you can call it sold] a couple of RS4 and RS6 recently. I dont know how much they cost but lets say 1000 per month. Ok that is a lot of money - here comes the BUT - if you are already planning on spending 600 per month on a 'nice' car and then you realise for an extra 400 you can have an RS6 you can see where the man logic takes over and suddenly you find a brand new rs6 on your drive.

Audi RS6 for £80k plus, or Porsche Cayman GT4 for about £15k less. Hmmmm...tricky choice (not)

Different niche entirely - you try getting a filing cabinet in the back of a Cayman, or two kids and a pushchair

Plus - Cayman GT4 can't be bought, so its pointless as a comparison. Plus Audi will outdrag the Cayman every day.

I see a orange / bronze one a few times a month between Walsall and Wolverhampton - fantastic looking car.

And I'd guess the Audi will be cheaper per month on a Lease deal as they're aggressive on pricing.

Thought I recognised it. There's usually a decent car or parked around there, I park down that end to avoid parking dents laugh
