Midlands Exciting Cars Spotted

Saw the car I like the most in the whole world ever tonight as I came into my village after work. Absolutely lovely looking Lotus Carlton.

Now I'm off for a walk to see if I can find it to take a photo.

Saw an original Lotus Elan on the A614 near Ollerton on Sunday evening. Looked lovely.

I saw a 64 plate bin lorry this morning wearing trade plates. Quite weird to see a bin lorry not covered in filth.

Spotted today on Nottingham Road, New Basford, Nottingham

Metro 6r4, i think it belongs to In Racing around the corner from my shop! Sounds amazing!! Serious wantage there!!!

A wonderful grey Aston DB5 in Long Eaton this afternoon.

Wow, following a db5 and 6r4 I bring you a.............."Aston" Cygnet!!!

Just moved to Shifnal and have seen it a couple of times in the town.

Also a rather stanced modified Mx5 in black in Telford Asda (where else!?) But think it had a p.h smiley.

Was there an event on today?
Loads of replicas on the M1, good, bad and ugly!
Highlights were a blue GT40, red Countach, blue Dino GT Concept.
Loads of old VW vans and thousands of super bikes about too.
Finally, a red Ferrari 360 CS near Leicester Forest East Services.

I noticed on the forums you were having some work done.. Like the seats by the way

So no ECU means you won't be at the coach and horses this Tuesday.. (midweek meet)

Well I've bought a spare ECU and AFM from a 420 SEAC owner who went down the megasquirt route. Turns out they have already been rebuilt a couple of years back by Mark Adams and if City Link are on point they "should" be with me Tuesday.......so with a fair wind and the stars aligned lol I "may" be at the coach and horse as its a 2 second job to attach
